  • Sweater*

  • Long underwear (polypropylene)

  • Socks*

  • Insulated hooded parka or jacket

  • Stocking hat* or balaclava*

  • Water-resistant mittens/gloves*

  • Scarf* or neck warmer*

  • Rain gear

  • Sturdy shoes or hiking boots

    *Preferably made out of wool or a warm synthetic fabric. Don't use cotton!
